Ah, well, I'll not write a Critique on this because I'll probably do it wrong and get banned or some such nonsense, but I'll just say that I personally find the background (by that, I mean the purple with the hearts bit, not the whole background its self) to be a bit, well, boring. It's quite simple, but perhaps that was intentional.
The vector, I feel, fits in just fine. Nice choice there.
There... was something else I wanted to say, a recommendation or idea or something, but I lost my train of thought. Sorry.

It is quite a bit more boring on the non-windows ones, but I am pretty happy with how the Windows one turned out. I'll admit, I design for the Windows phone cause that's what I have, and then I port them over to the other phones. Sometimes the background ends up really shining on the other platforms, to the point where its even better than the original, and other times it ends up like this.

See, on the windows phone [link] , the main heart and Cadance really steal the focus and to much of a background would diminish that. I just wish I could of figured out how to make it look a little bit better on the other OSs.

Negative critiques are fine and won't get you banned so long as you remain polite and respectful. There is a reason why critiques allow a low rating as well as a high one. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

Ah, yes. I see what you mean about the Windows phone version and how a more complex background may detract from the main focus of the image, I think.

It's not that I'm afraid of giving a low rating and being, ah, admonished for it, but more so that I've never written a critque before and I just have the notion that I'll break some oblique rule or another. Call me paranoid.
