Glass Etching Commisions

Journal Entry: Thu Oct 4, 2012, 8:32 PM

I am now taking commissions for glass etchings. You can see all the ones I've done so far here: [link]

$15 + shipping for a highball  Glass (Better for tall Images).

$15 + shipping for a rocks  Glass (Better for wide Images).

$8 + shipping for a shot glass or $15 + shipping for 2.

I can make etchings of almost any vector/high resolution image on the highball and rocks glasses provided that there are nice clear lines. I will do non pony images as well.

For the Shot glasses, I can only do simple images such as cutie marks due to them requiring a different resist method.

Feel free to note me or email me at tecknojock [ a t ] gmail [ d o t ] com

qestion whould you do a "full rotasion" etch? as i basicly have a elaberate idea involing all 4 of my current OCs ("universal", "sonic unverice", "pony" and "dwarf")? (or do you fear that will be too complex?)

The image dimensions have to be 12 wide by 3 tall, though If you don't account for the curve, it might be closer to 12 wide by 2 tall cause of the way it will wrap.

I could, but the image would would curve up along the glass. Wrap a piece of paper around a glass to see what I mean. See how the paper slopes due to the curve? The same thing will happen to the etch, though you could design the images around something like that. It will also cost a little bit more cause it will take more work.

I think I've figured out the wrap needed for a rocks glass. The image will need to be 10.5"x3", must be digital, and I need clear lines. I'm not cleaning up images, so make sure it looks how you want it before giving it to me, because that is how it will come out.

Omg, I would totally like to make a purchase, but in the future from now. I love your ability to etch on glass like that!
